Password recovery uses a short-lived, one-time token. LivraOne never emails or stores a plaintext password.
Request recovery from the sign-in page
Enter the work email. The response stays the same whether or not an account exists.
Open the newest recovery link
Use the link delivered by the configured transactional email provider. Older or consumed links will fail safely.
Choose a unique password
Use at least 12 characters and a password manager. Do not reuse a shared company password.
Review active sessions
After recovery, sign out unknown sessions and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
