Information we collect

When you request early access, LivraOne collects the details you submit, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, and message. We also create a keyed, one-way technical fingerprint for short-term abuse prevention. It is stored separately from the lead, expires after 24 hours, and is cleaned during new submissions; we do not store the originating IP address in the lead record.

How we use it

We use early-access information to respond to your request, understand product demand, improve LivraOne, and protect the form from misuse. We do not sell contact information.

Retention and choices

Lead information is retained only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting privacy@livraone.com.

Service providers and security

Approved infrastructure and communications providers may process data for LivraOne under restricted access. Administrative, transport, audit, and backup controls are applied according to the production security baseline.
